Each client will have a stand-alone website and will be able to administer the content of the pages and the products on sale from the comfort of their office at the touch of a button.

Each online shop will have a unique domain name, and clients will be able to add an unlimited number of products, and to sell them online by connecting directly to Bank of Valletta’s payment gateway for secure online credit card settlements.

All stand-alone websites will be promoted online at www.maltaexpo.com, which is an interactive Internet portal administered by Alert Communications Ltd. MaltaExpo will also provide news updates, a calendar of events, classified adverts, real estate information, job vacancies and other interesting information.

In order to set up the initial site, customers will select a design from a choice of attractive templates, and will provide Alert Communications with the content (text and photos) in electronic format. Following the launch of the site customers will be provided with easy-to-use software that will enable them to modify their site according to their specific requirements. Alert Communications Ltd will provide customers with the necessary training and assistance in order to get started.
